Resume
Customers needing household
repair, handyman services, or outdoor garden consultation will benefit
from my years
of practical hands-on experience. My
knowledge of handyman techniques began while I was in high school, and
working with my father. By sharing his knowledge of repair projects I
gained the skills necessary to complete small electrical repair, plumbing
repair, and carpentry projects. I hold a Master Degree in Botany with
an emphasis on Tropical Botany. If you need help with deciding what to
plant, where to plant, or how to plant I can help.
The customers of Flamingo
Fixit applaud my fast friendly service. Quality is essential
and I pledge
to
provide outstanding service in my field.

Frequently
Asked Questions
- Can you do major electrical repair or installation?
No, major electrical repair or installations require special licensing.
- I would like to put a deck on the
back of my house, is this something you can do?
This is a yes and no question, yes I can build a deck as long
as it would be considered a small project. And no, any thing
larger than 36 square feet would probably require contractors
license.
- Will I need to pull a permit for the work you do?
In most cases you will not need a permit for the type of work I
do, however you should always check with your local permitting
office to see what is required before the project starts.

Household
Tips
- Tip #1
Check and Diagnose a problem while it is small. Waiting until a repair
becomes critical and cost you a lot more in time and money.
- Tip #2
In Southwest Florida one of the top problems around the home
is mold. The best way to fight mold is to never let it get started.
