Stuart and Associates consulted with a number
of business interests, the last being Realmark
Properties. The task at hand involved a 192 acre environmentally sensitive property set within a
limited development regulatory context. We
were involved in all aspects of the real estate
project, from property acquisition feasibility
determination, financing, site planning, permitting
and project management. We secured the
annexation of the property into the City of Cape,
followed by successfully obtaining land use
amendments and rezoning to increase
development entitlements for 250,000 SF of
commercial retail and 1000 multi-family
residential units while preserving 42% of the
site as native open space. |

| Given our typical hands on approach, S & A
was deeply involved in various post-permitting
project management tasks that led to various
backbone infrastructure site improvement
programs so as to vest and market the project. |
